Alexei Navalny Sentenced to 19 Years in Prison: A Blow to Freedom of Expression

Today, a trial was held against Alexei Navalny, and he was sentenced to 19 years in prison.

Alexei Navalny is a person who has become a symbol of the fight for truth and openly opposed Putin's dictatorial regime. He exposed numerous facts about how the Russian government, led by Putin, is robbing its own country.

It was Alexei Navalny who opened my eyes to all the lawlessness that is happening in Russia. I used to think that everything was fine there.

But even the war showed that Putin's ambitions and desire to rule indefinitely lead to nothing good.

So when will all this stop? How many more people must be imprisoned, and how many more families must be left without fathers or mothers who were jailed for expressing their freedom?

It is unbearable to tolerate all of this. This lawlessness will not end as long as Putin remains in power, along with his gang of lawbreakers.

Putin, stop! Stop creating lawlessness. At least in the end of your already not so long rule, do something useful for Russia instead of enriching yourself.

And put an end to the war in Ukraine!

Alexei, don't give up! Your struggle is a fight for truth and freedom, and I believe that someday everything will change. The most important thing is not to lose hope and to continue fighting for justice and the rights of citizens.

Free Alexei Navalny! Let his voice be heard, and may his sacrifices not be in vain. May this country become free and just for all its citizens.
